Spiral corrugated tube heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchange device with double-sided enhanced heat transfer developed on the basis of horizontal corrugated tube heat exchanger. Compared with ordinary smooth tube heat exchanger, the general heat transfer coefficient is nearly doubled and more than 30% of heat exchange area is saved. Compared with the horizontal corrugated pipe, under the appropriate working conditions, the heat transfer efficiency is basically equivalent, and the internal resistance of the pipe is reduced by about 50%. This equipment is very suitable for a petrochemical plant to tap and transform potential, providing a new way for energy saving and consumption reduction.
