Duplex stainless steel heat exchangers have been widely applied in the chemical industry, petroleum industry and marine chemical industry at home and abroad. Duplex stainless steel has the characteristics of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, and its intergranular corrosion resistance and welding performance are significantly improved. Compared with austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel has excellent resistance to stress corrosion, pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and intergranular corrosion. It has higher mechanical properties, lower thermal expansion properties, better weldability and lower operating costs. Compared with ferrite, it has higher plasticity and toughness, no room temperature brittleness, while maintaining the 475°C brittleness and high thermal conductivity of ferritic stainless steel, and has the characteristics of superplasticity.
